This product allows you to add safety to your machine by adding dual hand
control buttons to keep the operator from getting trapped in the bend arm
mechanisms with the traditional one hand push button. Two hands on the control
creates a problem when running most rounds and some shape profile bends due to
the fact that the operator cannot hold the part in position while operating the
control. For horizontal rotary benders, we manufacture a device to hold the part
being bent in the tooling so that the operator can activate the dual finger
button control without holding onto the part. ADM’s “Soft Air Clamp” can hold
the part under safe air pressure until the bender hydraulic clamp arm overtakes
the device through a pop up air valve. This unit comes as a packaged assembly
with all the components necessary including the air valve, air FRL, air cylinder
with fittings and flow controls, linear bearings, and clamp die tooling half
round. The unit replaces your current clamp die assembly and simply requires the
addition of one push button to your control to operate the feature. The local
chapter of OSHA in Oregon and a few other states has preliminarily tested and
approved our device as an acceptable feature to be used with your bender.

Delivery: Delivery can be made within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of
purchase order and receipt of deposit. On-site installation is available and can
be set up any time after 2 weeks from the date of purchase order and receipt of
deposit and would take an estimated 1day per machine. Delivery is estimated and
is subject to strikes, material shortages, transportation delays, government
regulations and other hindrances beyond our control.
