Bend Tools
We design and manufacture bend tools for virtually all model-bending machines.
Our dies are used in the Automotive, Aerospace, Ship Building, HVAC,
Construction Equipment, Job Shops, Fitness, Chemical Plants, and Medical
Equipment industries. |

End Forming
Tools We consider ourselves experts in automotive exhaust end forming tooling
applications. We have in house testing capabilities and can provide the customer
with sample parts prior to shipping the tooling to them. Our end forming
capabilities include; ram forming, segment expanding and reducing, rotary
flaring, and orbital spin forming. |

Fixtures
We provide tube fixturing that is used in tube fabrication, such as for end
forming, and cutoff applications. |

Tube Bending Services
Our capability is from 1/8” to 3” tube or pipe bending. We can provide prototype
or production parts. We have a large array of bending tooling, which can
dramatically reduce lead times and reduce the bending costs. We subcontract a
major portion of our bend work. |

Tube Notching Machines
An airline is all that is required for its power. It doesn’t require any
electrical or hydraulics. The notches that this equipment produces are mostly
used in the auto exhaust industry. It incorporates a special stripper option
that improves the quality of notches and extends the life of the blades. |

Bend-its
The Bend-it is a revolutionary pipe-bending machine. It is fully automatic and
programmable. It bends 1.5” to 3” tubing using especially designed tooling that
doesn’t require a mandrel, but produces mandrel performance bends. |

Spinning Equipment
We represent Nihon Spindle for their spinning machines. Nihon Spindle is a
well-known Japanese Manufacturer that produces the highest quality spinning
equipment in the industry. |

End Forming Equipment
We have used equipment for sale. Our inventory presently includes; an I/O
machine, a Ram form machine, and an in line rotary flare machine. We offer total
turnkey solutions. |

Soco Benders
We represent Soco line of bending machines. There are 57 models designed for
specifically for each market type. For example, automotive, ship building,
furniture, etc. |
