Features:

• Completely designed for ease of operation by one person from the normal end loading operator position
• Pneumatic actuated collet closing system; Uses single foot operated switch

• Manually set radial position stops which are automatically air actuated in sequence with each bend to create a semi-automatic style operation (operator just spins tube until it locks in after bend die releases and tube is pulled forward to next linear bend set)
• 360 degree graduated dial shows bend radial settings; Unlimited rotation possible in either direction
• 8 separate radial stops allow for any settings; No limits on position of one bend to the next
• 8 manually set linear stops with quick release style clamping screws allow for up to eight bend settings
• Linear graduated scale measured from bend tangent allows for precise stop positioning
• Pneumatic switching ties each linear stop to its own radial stop for error free bend to bend moves
• Carriage linear stop tab spring locks as it passes each linear stop in succession of bends until last bend (Operator pulls work piece past stop and then pushes back against stop prior to radial spin)
• Linear tab stop on carriage is also energized by single foot operated switch and is disengaged with collet so that the carriage can be returned for next work piece (Operator can use next work piece to push carriage back prior to engaging collet again)
• Free moving carriage glides along pleasant looking aluminum extruded tube and doesn’t require lube
• Carriage and collet assembly have thru bore design for your machine’s standard mandrel rod use
• Locking style linear bearings and acme screw adjuster with handle allow for easy main frame adjustment to set carriage centerline to match your bend die radius; Graduated scale allows for quick set-up
• Main frame adjustment also allows entire carriage to be moved aside when use is not required
• Pneumatic actuated mandrel support rod automatically drops to clear collet travel when near tooling then automatically rises back when clear to keep support on mandrel rod

• Adjustable radial tensioner keeps heavy tubes from rolling over after bend die is released
